Skin Friction Reduction At-Sea Test Results

Cortana conducted full-scale at-sea skin friction tests sponsored by ONR (Office of Naval Research) aboard Sea Flyer in Hawaii during four separate test periods lasting 2 to 3 weeks each from July 2005 to March 2006.  The first report regarding the test results is due from Cortana to ONR at the end of June 2006.  With permission from ONR, the skin friction at-sea test results will be made available to interested parties.
